Fadi Abdelhalim, avionics officer at the United States Marine Corps, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in defense and military operations.

Mr. Abdelhalim is a leader in the military sector, having joined the U.S. Marine Corps as a major in 2002. Throughout his career, he has garnered a tremendous work ethic, having served in various capacities such as avionics technician and maintenance control manager, division officer and avionics department head. Since 2023, he has also excelled as a PMA-209 air combat electronics strategic planning group lead for the Naval Air Systems Command and, since 2024, as an adjunct faculty for the Davis Defense Group.

During his military career, Mr. Abdelhalim received a Bachelor of Science in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2009 and a Master of Science in project management from the University of Southern California in 2022. In addition to his degrees, he received several credentials, including DAU LCL level I through Defense Acquisition University, Lean Six Sigma green belt certification through the Naval Aviation enterprise, and credentials as a project management professional through the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Abdelhalim’s career path in the U.S. Marine Corps was influenced by his high testing scores in electrical, computer and aviation categories. He became an F/A-18 avionics technician and began working on all the aircraft computers, radios and mission systems. However, Mr. Abdelhalim’s most notable achievement was being hand-selected to be the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) instructor, where he has been responsible for 85 different aircraft that comprise multiple other models. He credits much of his success to the values instilled in him while coming of age on a farm. Hard work and teamwork were foundational to his upbringing and reinforced in the military.
