Mark G. Maneclang, Senior Multi-Disciplined Engineer at Raytheon Technical Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Logistics Management.

Mr. Maneclang, an expert in logistics management and former senior multi-disciplined engineer, was a leading authority in his industry for over 30 years. Now retired, he spent his last few years employed by CACI International Inc. in the greater San Diego area as a logistics analyst lead from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Maneclang’s logistics and supply chain expertise was pivotal to his success. Recognized as a renowned security consulting company based in Reston, Virginia, CACI International Inc. is publicly traded and employs over 24,000 individuals nationwide.

Before being acquired by CACI International Inc., Mr. Maneclang worked for Raytheon, a prominent defense and space manufacturing organization headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Hired in 2002, he was a logistics engineer responsible for handling provisioning and system engineering for the construction of the LPD-17 ship. Mr. Maneclang was also tasked with analyzing numerous drawings created by the engineers, provisioning the materials and system accessories, and documenting all the components used in the electronic system, among other tasks. He concluded his tenure with Raytheon in 2008.

Mr. Maneclang began his career as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., a government and military contractor based in McLean specializing in intelligence. He worked for the organization from 1994 to 2001 and held various responsibilities. His primary goal was to analyze and solve problems and implement courses of action. Mr. Maneclang also honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. From 1973 to 1980, he served as a first-class aviation machinist mate. Subsequently, he became a supply officer until 1993. His time in the military taught him discipline and leadership skills, which he continued throughout his career journey.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Maneclang received a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California, in 1979, a Master of Business Administration in business management from National University in San Diego in 1979 and a Master of Science in logistics from National University in 1988. Adding to his professional credentials, he received a designation as a demonstrated master logistician through the International Society of Logistics. Mr. Maneclang also garnered three Sigma specialist certifications during his first few years at Raytheon.

Remaining active in his professional community during retirement, Mr. Maneclang engages with the Military Officers Association of America, the Disabled American Veterans California, and the Filipino American Military Officers Association. Civically, he enjoys contributing as a volunteer water filtration engineer at Sola Gratia and as a volunteer with Mission East Asian National Support since 2011. Mr. Maneclang also donates his time and resources to a foundation that serves the impoverished in the Philippines and Africa, providing essential water filtration services to enhance their quality of life.

Among his most notable accomplishments, Mr. Maneclang references completing his 20-year tenure in the U.S. Navy. In 1989, the military branch recognized him with the Captain Edward F. Ney Memorial Award. As he prepares for the future, Mr. Maneclang intends to continue his involvement in philanthropic activities, serving Filipino reverends and the underprivileged.
