Mr. Peralta is distinguished for his contributions to human resources, leveraging over 20 years of discipline in the United States Air Force to guide him toward his new path. Beginning his civilian career with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in New York, he rose from a veterans service representative in 2010 to a medical administration specialist from 2011 to 2014 and an administrative officer for radiological services between 2014 and 2015. Mr. Peralta also worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a supervisory operations support specialist for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the IRS as a support services supervisor and section chief.

Today, Mr. Peralta remains affiliated with the IRS as a supervisory human resource specialist since 2022. That same year, he established himself as the president and consultant at JP3 Consultancy Group LLC, providing notary and consulting services to clients. Mr. Peralta leverages his extensive educational background to his success, which began with a bachelor’s degree in management and a Master of Arts in management from the American Military University in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Moreover, he garnered a Master of Business Administration in human resource management and personnel administration from DeVry University in 2012 and a Doctor of Business Administration in social impact management from Walden University in 2021.

In addition to serving in the military from 1985 to 2005, Mr. Peralta has enjoyed participating in various local and civic initiatives, including serving as a volunteer mentor for the IRS. The military has notably recognized him with several awards for his service during the Gulf War, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as various accolades for special projects and missions. Mr. Peralta credits much of his success to the family values he garnered while coming of age and the military’s profound impact on him. Eager for the future, he aims to acquire a director position with full ownership and control of his department at the IRS while continually focusing on expanding his consultancy.
