Stephen Bennis, Analyst at BJ Concepts, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in implementing military strategy.
Mr. Bennis served his country on active duty with the United States Army from 1996 to 2002 and as an infantry officer with the New York National Guard for 12 years. His memberships have included American Veterans (AMVETS) from 2011 to 2012 and he is a former Post Commander with Post 8691 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Washingtonville, New York. He was named Soldier of the Quarter at Fort Benning in 2001, was an honor graduate of air defense class in 1997 and was the recipient of various military awards and decorations.
Mr. Bennis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a minor in finance in 2010 from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh New York. He has prospered as an analyst for BJ Concepts since 2019. An expert in command posts and echelons, infantry and air defense, and military grand strategy, he has excelled as a command post integrator, which includes fielding and integration of different support platforms for platoon to theater army corps level.
Mr. Bennis attributes his success to his work ethic and to his drive to succeed as well as to his desire to learn more to broaden his knowledge for self-development. He mentions his involvement with the 75th Ranger Regiment as his most notable accomplishment. Mr. Bennis is also most proud of being promoted from being an enlisted man to an officer during his service in the military. In the coming years, he hopes to be working in the Pentagon or be involved in making policy plans and strategies in the Army. He also intends to become Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense.
