William “Jack” Evans Jr., Chief Executive Officer at Corporate Capture LLC and Chair at Jack Holdings Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements and leadership in Aviation Services and Drone Technology.
Mr. Evans’s illustrious career is marked by leadership, innovation and adaptability across both military and civilian sectors. Since 2023, he has served as the chief executive officer of Corporate Capture LLC, where he supports construction projects by utilizing drones to document progress, develops videos and reports for clients, and documents events through aerial photography. Mr. Evans’s expertise as a drone pilot and commercial drone pilot, combined with his proficiency in photography, has positioned him as an authority in the field.
Before his contributions at Corporate Capture LLC, Mr. Evans began serving as chair of Jack Holding Inc. in 2015, where he continues to provide strategic oversight and direction for the company’s diverse aviation and transportation interests.
Earlier, Mr. Evans served as the chief executive officer of MaintenanceBest.com LLC, an employment services company, from 2018 to 2025, overseeing operations and driving growth. Between 2004 and 2017, he excelled as the chief executive officer of Total Airport Services, LLC. After a competitor acquired the company where he was previously employed, he founded Total Airport Services, LLC, just over two weeks later. Under Mr. Evans’s leadership, the company grew from nine employees to 2,100, a milestone he considers one of his most significant achievements and a remarkable accomplishment in aviation history. He shifted the company’s focus from airport management to aviation services, supporting both international and domestic airlines.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Evans managed over 15 airports worldwide, including five in Australia, three in Bolivia, Toronto’s Terminal 3, several locations in the United States and Luton Airport in London. His transition into aviation followed a successful military career.
Mr. Evans served in the U.S. Air Force for over 25 years, becoming the youngest colonel in the service at age 41. He retired as wing commander at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia after commanding several bases in Panama. Mr. Evans’s military assignments also included serving with the Joint Staff from 1991 to 1994 and as a captain at The Pentagon with the U.S. Department of State between 1981 and 1985.
A college graduate, Mr. Evans obtained a Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, in 1976. He also holds several credentials that have contributed to his professional success, including certification as a professional photographer and drone pilot, as well as Part 107 licensure from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Evans’ accomplishments have been recognized with honors, including being named an Outstanding Young Man of America in 1985. Throughout his career, he has attributed his success to hard work and a willingness to take on any task necessary for organizational success. Mr. Evans credits his adaptability as a pilot and lessons learned from mentors during his military service for shaping his approach to business leadership.
Supported by his spouse, Dorothy, Mr. Evans’s family includes Nicholas Evans, a deputy commandant of the Air Force Academy, and Danielle Evans, who is the vice president at his company. Looking ahead, Mr. Evans intends to expand Corporate Capture LLC from one location to seven locations. He hopes that his name will continue to convey a sense of professional confidence throughout his legacy.
