Throughout his career, Mr. Parker has held various key positions within the U.S. Army, including director of the U.S. Army Mission Command Capability Development and Integration Directorate, director of forces, resources, and assessments (J-8) at U.S. Forces Korea, and chief of plans and force development at headquarters, Eighth U.S. Army. He has also served as the director of army security assistance programs at the Joint U.S. Military Assistance Group, demonstrating his leadership in international military cooperation and assistance. Mr. Parker’s achievements have been recognized with prestigious awards, including two Legion of Merit awards from the U.S. Army.
In addition to his professional and civic engagements, Mr. Parker has demonstrated his creative capabilities through his written works. He has authored several journal articles, papers, and presentations on military strategy, international relations, and organizational leadership, contributing to the scholarly discourse in his field.
