Mr. Montalto is a highly accomplished professional with a rich and diverse background in military intelligence and leadership. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Northeastern University in 1999. In the same year, he completed a dual Master of Arts, one in business and organizational security management and the other in management and leadership, from Webster University. Building upon this foundation, he earned a Master of Science in strategic intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College in 2011, followed by a master’s degree in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2019.

Throughout his esteemed career, Mr. Montalto has held various leadership positions, showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication. He currently serves as a guardian in the U.S. Space Force and as division chief at the National Security Agency, positions he assumed in 2022. Prior to this, he held the role of deputy division chief of data orchestration services at the National Security Agency from 2019 to 2022. His previous assignments include serving as Deputy G2 of III Corps from 2017 to 2018, battalion commander of the Harrisburg Recruiting Battalion in the U.S. Army from 2015 to 2017, and intelligence officer in USSOCOM from 2011 to 2015, among others.

Mr. Montalto’s commitment to service extends far beyond his military career, as evidenced by his involvement as an Eagle Scout, assistant scoutmaster, and merit badge counselor with the Boy Scouts of America. He attributes his success to the guidance of great leaders and a strong work ethic instilled by his father, emphasizing continuous learning and effective leadership as fundamental principles in his professional journey.

As he looks forward, Mr. Montalto plans to explore opportunities in business, government, or the nonprofit sector, with a focus on adding value and finding fulfillment in his next chapter while prioritizing quality time with his family. Offering advice to aspiring professionals, he underscores the importance of continuous learning, effective leadership, and a strong work ethic, urging them to remain adaptable and resilient in the face of evolving challenges.
