Mr. Messner Sr., sergeant first class and operations non-commissioned officer at the United States Army, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the armed forces.

Mr. Messner’s educational journey commenced with an Associate of Science in business administration and management from Post University in 2020. He continued his academic pursuit, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the same institution in 2021. Presently, he is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Post University.

Mr. Messner’s career trajectory reflects his commitment to service and diverse professional experiences. His journey began as a small engine mechanic at Lock Stock & Barrel LLC, where he worked diligently from 2013 to 2015. Transitioning to military service, he served as a training non-commissioned officer (NCO) in the Connecticut Army National Guard from 2015 to 2021. Currently, he holds the distinguished position of sergeant first class and operations NCO within the Connecticut Army National Guard since 2021.

Mr. Messner has received accolades such as the De Fleury Medal from the Army Engineer Association, and he attributes his success to his adept networking skills, empathetic demeanor, and ability to foster camaraderie. He is also dedicated to civic contributions. Mr. Messner is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Army Engineer Association, and Association of the United States Army, actively engaging with veteran communities and fellow service members. As a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Alpha Chi, and Delta Mu Delta, he works to promote leadership and academic excellence. 

Looking forward, Mr. Messner envisions completing his master’s degree and venturing into academia as an adjunct professor, imparting invaluable business and leadership skills. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his profession to be nurturing the development of the younger generation of soldiers. He acknowledges the importance of open-mindedness and learning from experienced individuals in his field and cherishes the connections he has established.
