Thomas A. Bialkowski, retired lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserves, tech writer for the United States Army Picatinny Arsenal, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in technical writing.
With 45 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Bialkowski has excelled as an army civilian in the role of technical writer and editor in the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, LCSD, in the United States Army Picatinny Arsenal since 1997. He began his career in various locations with the United States Army Reserves from 1978 to 2015. From 1989 to 2015, he served in the basic branch as an armor officer, concluding his career with the final rank of lieutenant colonel.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Bialkowski pursued an education at the United States Army Armor School in 1989. He continued his academic efforts at Webster University where he earned a master’s degree in international relations in 2012. He received a certification in Homeland and National Security from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2013. In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Bialkowski remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion, and is a life member of the National Association of Scholars.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Bialkowski has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He received recognition for 25 Years of Service from the United States Army Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey in 2023. He attributes his success to his wife, Kim, who supported him throughout his military career despite the challenges it presented to his family. In the immediate future, he hopes to do some consulting and publish his writing.
