Ronald H. Alexander, Business Development Manager with RCMI Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in aviation.

As an accomplished professional with more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Alexander has found success since 2022 as the business development manager for RCMI Inc. Prior to this role, he was an aviation contracting officer representative for the U.S. Department of State at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida from 2015 to 2020. From 2007 to 2014, he worked in aviation pilot monitoring for the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mr. Alexander served in the U.S. Army for 21 years, achieving the rank of lieutenant colonel. He has shared his expertise as an instructor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. For his service, he was recognized with a Legion of Merit award and a Meritorious Service Medal.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Alexander attended Oklahoma State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in military science in 1976. He went on to graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master of Aeronautical Science, with distinction, in 1982. In 1988, Mr. Alexander graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College with a Master of Science in Army tactics and logistics operations.

Mr. Alexander attributes his success to his work and reputation as a competent and accomplished professional. Among his accomplishments, he is especially proud to have been involved with business development operations for the U.S. Army’s advanced avionics programs in Iowa. In the future, Mr. Alexander plans to continue helping grow RCMI Inc., and in his spare time, he enjoys visiting the beaches of Florida with his family.
