Paul E. Blackwell Sr., Chief Executive Officer at Victory Six Advisors, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Military for dedication, achievements, and leadership in military service and consultation.
A retired commander with the United States Army, Mr. Blackwell served in Vietnam from 1966 to 1968 as a patrol leader and combat military commander. Between 1965 and 1996, he served in the U.S. Army Reserve and, for his service, was honored with a Decorated Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, a Silver Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, a Legion of Merit Award with Oak Leaf Cluster, a Bronze Star with a V Device and eight Oak Leaf Clusters, a Purple Heart, an Air Medal and an Army Commendation Medal with V Device and three Oak Leaf Clusters, among multiple further accolades. Mr. Blackwell is a member of numerous military associations, including the 82nd Airborne Division Association, the Ninth Infantry Division Association, of which he was the president from 1986 to 1988, the Marine Corps Association, and the Tiger Brotherhood, among others.
Currently, Mr. Blackwell shares his expertise as the chief executive officer of Victory Six Advisors, a position he has excelled in since 2018. He additionally works as an independent consultant with PEB Consulting LLC, and acted as the vice president of business development for network systems with Raytheon from 2009 to 2012. He held multiple executive positions with Raytheon and has contributed his time as a member of numerous civic organizations, including the Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church, the Clemson University Foundation, and the First Presbyterian Church of Puyallup, Washington. Married to Janet Gail Glenn since 1963, Mr. Blackwell is the father of Paul Eugene Blackwell Jr. and grandfather of Paul Eugene III and Taylor Marie. In his free time, he enjoys hunting.
